If you have an upcoming shoot with us, please take the time to read below. Although it's not required to fill out the form- it can be REALLY helpful to formulate the look and feel of the shoot based on your interests! Things to Bring
Although these are suggestions for a traditional photoshoot, these are things to consider for TFAP.
Based on the agreed shoot, be sure to bring a variety of clothes (ironing helps!) Props are often a great way to set a mood. We don't have to use everything, but somethings may end up working better due to the light and location, etc. Keep clothing simple without a lot of patters or distracting elements, unless it’s something specific to the shoot.
Comfortable shoes to get around in and a bag or pack to carry extra clothing, make-up, etc. Many times we’ll have access to our cars to get extra clothing, so bring more than we’ll need! Bring a snack! And a mask.

DON’T FORGET TO BRING A SIGNED RELEASE FORM WITH YOU. If you don’t have one, please ask and it will be emailed to you. You need to share your date of birth to be able to complete the release.

For valuable consideration received, I grant to Bruce Luetters (“3Sixty Photography: Photographer") the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission concerning any photographs that he has taken or may take of me or in which I may be included with others, to use, reuse, publish, and republish the photographs in whole or in part, individually or in connection with other material, in any and all media now or hereafter known, including the internet, and for any purpose whatsoever, specifically including illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, and trade, without restriction as to alteration; and to use my name in connection with any use if he so chooses.
I release and discharge the Photographer from any and all claims and demands that may arise out of or in connection with the use of the photographs, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy. This authorization and release shall also inure to the benefit of the heirs, legal representatives, licensees, and assigns of Photographer, as well as the person(s) for whom he took the photographs. I am a legally competent adult and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read this document and fully understand its contents. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
